Ragi puttu and kadala curry ( Healthy breakfast recipe )

Puttu and kadala curry is a famous breakfast in Kerala. it usually made with rice flour called puttu podi. At this time i made it with ragi flour ,Ragi rich in nutrition , Protien , fiber calcium and iron,it help to improve immunity .easy to digestion and control diabetic ,

INGREDIENTS

1,Ragi powder -1 cup
2,Rice flour ( Puttu podi ) - 1 cup
3, Salt - Required quantity
4,Water -as need 
5,Coconut ( grated )

Method

1,mix the water and salt,

2, mix the both flour 

3,Add  the salted water in the flour make the puttu podi  and keep aside for 1/2 an hour.
 
4, Again mix well and add enough water ,make soft podi,

5,Heat 1 litter water in a presser cooker,

6, Take a  puttu kutti ,first add some grated coconut then  ragi puttu podi again coconut ,continuously do this untill it is  filled.

7,when the pressure steamed out keep the kutti on the steam hole and cook for 10 minutes in high flame,


8,When it steam well take it out and transfer in to a serving dish,

9,Serve the hot ragi puttu with kadala curry,
